By scheduling or requesting any services offered by mamasatela.com (Mama Satela) or when communicating with Mama Satela and/or paying for any services she offers, YOU are stating that you have read this disclaimer and terms of service and that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept the following:

Any information YOU receive from any and all communication or consultations with Mama Satela is for educational, spiritual, inspirational, and entertainment purposes only and is not intended to, nor should it ever, take the place of any medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other professional advice. Mama Satela does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Mama Satela also does not claim to be an expert in business management, financial planning, or investment matters.

You agree to hold completely blameless and absolutely indemnify Mama Satela, her business and practice, and her website, www.mamasatela.com, from any and all possible losses, liabilities, and/or damages that may arise from the use of her services or any communications with her.

 

Mama Satela offers a high level of accuracy in her readings. She has a lifetime of experience interpreting the spiritual messages and energy vibrations she receives, but 100% accuracy can never be guaranteed.

 

Your own free will, choices, and decisions you make, and the nature of life itself can alter the course of your life path, future, and destiny. Any psychic adviser or clairvoyant medium who guarantees 100% accuracy is being less than honest. Please note that anything that can be foreseen can be changed, improved, or prevented.

You enter into this agreement voluntarily, with full knowledge of its effect. All charges are payable in advance and are NOT REFUNDABLE in whole or in part, regardless of the payment method.

You can NOT reschedule your service. There are no refunds for any service

already provided or scheduled.

Mama Satela does not represent that her services will meet your requirements uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free or that any results obtained from using the service will be accurate, complete, or current. Mama Satela is not liable for delays in providing information or carrying out her obligations due to factors beyond her control.

Any correspondence between yourself and Mama Satela is only intended for your personal use. Copyright laws and confidentiality agreements apply. You agree that you will not share, publish, display, or distribute it in any way.

You have had the opportunity to ask questions, and you fully understand and, of your own free will, choose to enter into this legally binding disclaimer and all stated terms of service.

Any material you may find offensive on that site, www.mamasatela.com, has no relation to this site, and Mama Satela is not liable for it.

Mama Satela represents and warrants, and YOU recognize and acknowledge that Mama Satela has unique and specialized skills, training, and experience in providing psychic readings and will not provide any training or instructions to YOU.

Service Location.

The Services to be provided by Mama Satela under this Agreement shall be performed at Mama Satela’s place of business.

No Hours or Schedule.

​

Mama Satela shall have no obligation to perform or be available to perform the Services during any particular hours, or according to any particular routine or schedule, or render Services for any particular amount of time, all of which shall be determined by Mama Satela in her sole discretion.
