My background
I am known as Mama Satela, a name connected to my work and the responsibilities I carry.
I work within traditional ancestral and folk spiritual systems that have been preserved through family lineage, long-term practice, and lived responsibility, not performance or display.
People come to me when they are seeking help with love, relationships, marriage, commitment, fertility, and family, especially when they believe that spiritual forces, interference, or outside influences are involved.
I was raised in an environment where spiritual awareness was part of everyday life. It was not discussed as a belief system or taught through instruction. It was observed, absorbed, and practiced quietly. In my family, knowledge was passed through experience, attention, and responsibility. Ritual, protection, and healing were approached with care and seriousness, never as spectacle. Spiritual work was understood as something you carry, not something you present.
From an early age, I learned to listen more than I spoke. I learned to notice patterns, to recognize when something was unfinished, and to respect the weight of spiritual matters. I was taught that meaningful work requires patience, discipline, and ethical boundaries, and that not every situation should be touched. Those principles continue to guide how I work today.
My practice is informed by Haitian Vodou, a structured and disciplined spiritual tradition that is often misunderstood through popular culture.
My connection to Vodou did not come from curiosity, trend, or experimentation. It came through recognition. Its emphasis on lineage, obligation, and respect for ancestors aligned naturally with how I was raised. Rather than replacing my roots, this tradition deepened my understanding of continuity and responsibility, especially while living far from the land of my childhood.
Alongside Vodou, my work is shaped by Slavic ancestral practices carried through family lineage, as well as years of study, research, and lived experience working with people from different cultural, social, and personal backgrounds.
I am a published author and folklorist. My research is inseparable from practice, because these traditions cannot be understood fully without living them.
My work includes spiritual diagnosis, guidance, and, when appropriate, ritual and spiritual action focused on love, reconciliation, commitment, protection, and removal of harmful interference.
This includes situations involving: separation or emotional withdrawal, third-party interference in relationships, spiritual disturbance, envy, or external influence, jinn / spiritual entities affecting love or marriage, repeated breakups or inability to commit, desire for marriage, children, and a stable family, etc.
Each situation is assessed individually. Not every case requires the same approach, and not every request is accepted.
I do not promise outcomes, instant change, or control over other people. Spiritual work is not a transaction, and it is not suitable for everyone. Readiness, honesty, and personal responsibility matter.
People call me Mama because I listen, I care, and I work with seriousness. I do not mock belief, and I do not exploit desperation. When I work, I work to help, restore, and protect.
All work is conducted privately and with discretion.
Not all requests are accepted.
If you feel drawn to explore this work further, you are welcome to reach out and briefly share your situation. I read each message carefully.
All communication is handled privately and with care.
